Membership and certification fees enable Mimelis Lab to support a profound shift in economic practices, facilitate the systemic transformation of businesses, and invest in the development of its community. They also ensure that Mimelis Lab-certified companies remain pioneers of a sustainable and responsible business model, both today and for future generations, thanks to the continuous evolution of the label's criteria and standards. Finally, they provide companies with an effective and tailored infrastructure to showcase and promote their commitments.
Membership principles and fees
The membership type—Standard or Lite—forms the basis of the membership fees. In addition to these fees, there are contribution fees. The contribution consists of a solidarity component, calculated based on the entity's annual revenue, and a voluntary component, which provides broader support for the activities and development of the Mimelis Lab movement. Membership fees are due annually and invoiced in a single payment.
Standard membership fee and certification fees
The Standard membership fee includes certification and verification fees. It is due annually for a period of three years, corresponding to the validity period of the Mimelis Lab certification. Each year, the member entity benefits from one included attempt to improve its score or, if certification has not yet been obtained, to attempt to obtain it. Lite Membership
This option allows your organization to create a public profile, showcase its responsible practices, and support the Mimelis Lab movement and its values. This option does not grant access to certification.
Solidarity contribution
The solidarity contribution is calculated on the basis of the entity's turnover for the previous year (N-1) and must be updated annually.
Voluntary contribution
Voluntary contributions help to ensure the sustainability of the label and provide enhanced support for its development. These contributions are freely defined by the organization and reflect its level of commitment.

Membership fees and voluntary contributions only cover part of Mimelis Lab's operating costs. Additional funding comes from philanthropic donations from individuals and businesses, as well as other revenue streams for Mimelis, ensuring the independence and sustainability of our activities.
