Mimelis and its third-party partners use “cookies” and other tracking technologies (collectively, “Tracking Technologies”), including third-party tracking technologies, on websites, applications, email communications, advertisements and others Mimelis online services (collectively, “Online Properties”). The tracking technologies we use

We use the following tracking technologies for the purposes described in this notice:

Cookies ” are small text files that are placed and stored on your browser when you visit a website, or on your device when you use an application. A. Website Tracking Technologies

Depending on your location, you may be presented with a “cookie banner” when you visit our websites that disclose our use of tracking technologies and allow you to accept or decline non-essential tracking technologies. Please note that developments in non-essential tracking technologies may limit the availability and functionality of our Services.

B. Browser Settings

Your browser may allow you to refuse cookies. To do this, please follow the instructions provided by your browser (usually found in the “Help” or “Preferences” menu).

C. Third Party Opt-Out Links

Some third-party tracking technology providers allow you to opt-out of their tracking technologies using an opt-out link. Where available, we have provided these unsubscribe links in the table above.

D. Choice of operating system

You can choose how we use tracking technologies on your mobile device using the choices offered by your device's operating system.

For iOS users, Mimelis provides an "App Privacy" statement located in the iOS App Store that describes how Mimelis may, with your permission, track your activities on other companies' apps, websites, or offline properties. for targeted advertising or measurement purposes. If you grant Mimelis the “Allow Tracking” permission via iOS, Mimelis will be allowed to track your activities as described in the app's privacy statement. To change this setting for your iOS device, visit Settings/Privacy/Tracking and use the buttons associated with the Mimelis apps.

For Android mobile devices, Mimelis provides a “Data Security” statement located in the Google Play Store that includes data shared, data collected, and security practices. You can control whether and how third parties can track your activities by changing or removing your Android device's Advertising ID, including by visiting your device's Settings/Privacy/Ads and choosing "Reset Advertising ID" or " Remove advertising ID”.

E. Mimelis settings for sharing and collecting data for advertisements

You can choose whether Mimelis may share your data with third parties (such as advertising partners) or collect data regarding your interactions with third-party apps and websites, for the purposes of personalized advertisements here .
