Mimelis Lab is a separate and independent branch of Mimelis SA, dedicated to the evaluation and valuation of commitments to positive impact on businesses. It operates independently of commercial activities of the Mimelis platform.
Since 2022, the Swiss company Mimelis SA, through its Mimelis, the leading platform, offers a true marketplace in online platform enabling the direct sale of local and artisanal products throughout Switzerland, without intermediaries. It highlights the talented artisans, producers and creators, and allows consumers buy directly from those who produce. The platform also offers producers and artisans a a range of professional tools to support them effectively in this process and to facilitate the sale of their products. Today, more than 4,500 producers are promoted there and more than 1,000 offers are available online.
In 2025, the company expanded its activities and Mimelis Lab was created. as a separate and independent branch, responsible for the label Mimelis Lab and the issuance of certification. Addressing to organizations of all sizes, from startups to large corporations companies from all sectors. Mimelis Lab operates separately from the platform, with its own label and its own approach, to facilitate reading, improve visibility and to promote companies' commitments to a positive impact, in order to to encourage their development and allow everyone — consumers, investors, partners — to make choices enlightened in favor of a responsible economy.
In early 2026, Mimelis Lab will open its doors to businesses and welcomes its first members. These can now obtain their certification in the various impact areas evaluated by Mimelis Lab, attesting to their commitments responsible and sustainable.
