Permanent deletion of your Mimelis Lab account

As a Mimelis Lab member, or if you have a Mimelis Lab account to manage your recurring donation, you have the option to close and permanently delete your account. The permanent deletion of your Mimelis Lab account cannot be reversed .

How do I permanently delete my Mimelis Lab account?

Before permanently deleting your Mimelis account, please check the following points:

  • For Mimelis Lab users only
    • Your payment account balance is zero and you no longer owe any amount.
    • All your bills have been paid.
    • You no longer have any ongoing disputes.
    • You no longer wish to open disputes. Indeed, you will no longer be able to access your account after its closure to submit requests.
    • You have saved all the information that could be useful for your files
    • Your information that you need for legal reasons has been successfully saved, for example for your taxes.
  • For users with a Mimelis seller or buyer account, or who have used Mimelis services to sell or buy products

To close and permanently delete your Mimelis account:

  • From lab-mimelis.ch , go toyour account
  • In the "Close my account" section
  • Click on Request deletion of your data and follow the procedure
  • You will receive an email with instructions to complete your deletion request.

To ensure your identity and for security reasons, you must complete the entire account deletion request while logged into the Mimelis account you wish to close and delete.

The permanent deletion process will only begin once your obligations have been fulfilled, such as settling any outstanding invoices; this may take approximately two to three weeks. Depending on how you used the Mimelis platform, the services you used (for example, if you made sales or purchases of products on Mimelis), or if your account violated our rules, we may be required to retain certain information for security reasons, or if the law permits or requires us to do so.

The deletion of your data is permanent and you will not be able to restore your account.

You will not be able to reuse the email address associated with the account you delete on another Mimelis account . Instead, the email address will become permanently unavailable on Mimelis accounts. If you wish to reuse the email address of the account you delete, you must change the email address of that account before deleting it.

These regulations are offered to you in the language of your choice, however it is important to note that it is the French version of the document that controls and governs your use of the Mimelis services.
